Booking Policy

Artistry Massage requires a credit/debit card on file to reserve all appointments. In the case that a Groupon campaign is running, your Groupon redemption code will be on file.

By giving Artistry Massage your credit/debit card information, you are authorizing this charge to go onto your credit/debit card in the event you do not give at least 24 hours notice before cancelling a confirmed appointment or you do not show up for your confirmed appointment.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance or failure to show up for your appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled appointment fee which will be processed on the credit card retained on file to reserve appointment. In the case of a Groupon campaign running, your Groupon voucher will be redeemed.

Refund Policy

Artistry Massage does not offer refunds on Gift Cards, Massage Packages, Gift Certificates, On Sale or Special Offers. All sales are final and are non-refundable. If, for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact Artistry Massage, so that your concerns are addressed promptly, so that you may continue to be a satisfied client. Pre-paid appointments cancelled outside of the 48 hour policy will be issued a credit or git card/certificate in the full amount to be used for any future appointments.

Appointments Policy

Anyone who arrives 10 minutes into their session time or more than 10 minutes late can still get their session, but will get the remainder of the session. Anyone who arrives more than 10 minutes late and would still like their full session experience is more than welcome to reschedule.
